studies of the science of happiness. Structured to help your company and your team discover and
put into practice new behaviors that characterize positive and happy teams.

The journey is customized according to the company's strategy and moment.  

We recommend that a journey with the leadership and one with the employees be carried out in parallel. However, it is possible to carry out the journeys independently.  

 

Format:  online or in person or hybrid. During  the briefing let's define the types of formats to be used in the project, for example:

  • Workshops: delivered live (in person or online)

  • Lectures: delivered live (in person or online)

  • Videos: pills of recorded content.

  • Tools: Exercises for employees to practice theory.

  • Podcasts: audios with content.

  • Articles: theoretical content with practical examples.

Objective: Demystify happiness, contextualizing the

theme in relation to the moment and discussing the self-responsibility that everyone should have.

Happiness Journey for Leaders:

Objective: We live in a challenging world and mental health indices present new challenges with the pandemic and new scenario of leadership. Therefore, we need to welcome these leaders with content and tools that help them to face the moment, taking care of themselves and also generating a positive culture in the team, in addition to facing conflicts between different areas.

 

Basis:  All content is based on Positive Psychology and Neuroscience, so that the themes always have cases and studies that prove and bring credibility to the content and tools

 

Journey Format: Monthly content to present concepts and practical tools.
